Very nice break away from the hospital. Loverly sat out on the terrace in the sun. And now the pharmacy is next door, why not have a coffee whilst your prescription is being prepared. ?

Was in Costa for breakfast today with my wife ,just two girls serving, not only restaurant customers but drive thru as well .
All credit to the girls serving they never stopped and despite the long queue forming ,both girls were amazing.
Costa should be ashamed, working your staff into the ground when you know breakfast time is always busy .
Well done girls you were brilliant ? ? ?

I like it in this Costa but the quality of the coffee I received wasn't greatly made. Costa's blend is always pretty good so wasn't made fantastic.

I am a regular coffee drinker and unfortunately this Costa made the worst Latte I've ever had. Arrived at 6.50 and waited till 7.00, this is not an issue but was fifth customer. Staff friendly enough just the coffee. Ended up throwing half of it away. Not the usual Coste standard!

Went in for a cafe frappe with cream. I had to ask again for the cream, then a flat lid instead of a domed one was put onto the cup. The bottom of the cup had lumps of ice!!! Dire!

Terrible cup of coffee. Ordered a cappuccino and it was all froth. Hardly any milk in it at all. I know they probably have to hit targets for the amount of milk they use but this is just ridiculous!
Costa has just been getting worse and worse over the years I've been using them and after this I will not use them again..
They have just lost a long time customer, but that's what happens when you put profits over quality!
