Took my 2 year old in yesterday who was excited to buy and pay for his own biscuit just to be completely ignored by the 2 women working behind the counter both walked past us at least 5 times the younger blonde one was on her phone and at one point the other lady came up to the counter and we thought we were going to get served so my son tried to give her his biscuit and yet again we were ignored and she walked off perhaps they were busy but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere

Visited this branch yesterday. Have been before and found it to be a friendly welcoming place to enjoy a coffee??..not yesterday.Waited in the queue, myself and one other family, so wasn?t busy, plenty of room both inside and out. The barista?s were busy, one cleaning equipment another preparing a hot drink, (cold drinks of any sort were not available). She turned to me and asked if I needed a coffee cup sleeve, I replied ?it?s not my order, I?m still waiting???she continued anyway. Who the drink was for I don?t know, no one else in the queue before me. Anyway, she finished the drink and slid it across the counted to me with a ??there you go?. She then moved across and asked the only other customer behind me could she help. I gave a ?ohhhhh? to which she ignored so I added ? I have been waiting here ages to be served?, she then gave me a stare that summed up just how uninterested she was. She then barked at me stating ?you should of shouted then?, I replied, ?you were busy love, preparing an order, can I get a latte and this item please?, only to be told, ? no, actually I?m not going to serve you?! Obviously I asked why?.no answer. I then said ?so I?m about to be ignored again? to which she replied ?yes?. I left the store.She was cold, unwelcoming, rude and clearly didn?t want to be there. None of this was my fault. People get stressed, I get that, working in retail, dealing with customers is sometimes hard, but for goodness sake girl, leave and go do something that may put a smile on your face.

I have not actually been in here but it keeps coming up on this site that I have.But what I can tell you From Others that do use it and by certain people I know who work here it is a very busy coffee bar in the Top Part of the City Centre. The Staff are very friendly and will do anything for you within reason and apart from the occasional one which everyone gets the Customers that use it who are Regulars are very friendly and will help the public with directions. As for the Coffee its like most Costa Coffee Houses but the Customers reckon this Coffee Tastes Better than the others.This you will have to find out for yourselves.Personally I only buy from the Do it yourself Costa Bars in Supermarkets as I don't get time to stop.
