Ordered a Latte for partner I wanted an iced cappuccino was informed by a bored sales person they don't do only latte or mocha why no difference in the making. Attitude was not good and the supposedly hot cappuccino I did order was awful bitter and tepid.

I ordered an iced latte, paid for my order another work asked me what milk I?d like I asked for oat milk. Once I started drinking my coffee another worker approached me saying that I neeeded to pay for different milk so I apologised and offered to pay, she said there was no point so I said okay I didn?t realise sorry. She said next time do not do it again and you should of known better from what you ordered but no where I seen said different and the worker asked me what milk I wanted, she was very rude and unreasonable about paying 50p for a different type of milk

This place is filthy. I stained my trousers, and when I asked the staff to call the manager, a young lad appeared and bluntly told me I could go somewhere else.

Really lovely cafe , food is cooked well and good quality . Coffee is really good and all reasonably priced ! Staff are so so friendly and welcoming . Perfect little place to stop in town x

They used to serve decent coffee there. Unfortunately today, what was supposed to be an Americano was something that resembles watered down filter coffee, with no aroma and no crema whatsoever.
The cake was good hence two stars instead of one.

This is a branch of the small countrywide chain.
It is a fairly big cafe with plenty of seating.
Especially good in the hotter weather is that they have comfy seats next to the windows but the glass pane pulls back thus leaving you in the fresh air. There is outdoor seating too but when you sit inside by the window, you get the same temperature with no fear of rain!
Service was friendly & my latte was very good.
I had a fruit scone & butter. No catering butter packs here though, I had a very generous serving of butter in a side pot. Had to mark the food down slightly though as my scone was quite dry.
The other cakes & biscuits all looked very nice. They also serve a selection of savoury rolls and sandwiches.
NB Well behaved dogs are welcome inside.
Parking: You will have to park in one of the nearby Pay & Display car parks as there is no street parking outside.
