Cannot set up power of attorney properly, despite 2 visits to branch and over 6 months of call centre hell. BTW Lloyds sorted the other account in 3 days! Absolutely useless bank, antiquated systems, do not answer the phone. Avoid !

What can I say Jasmine the cashier really needs training in customer service and care along with her manager. Jasmine was very argumentative and made my family member?s anxiety exacerbate due to her being rude for no reason this is the second time she has done this and the branch manager was not interested. I would definitely recommend using a different bank which we have now sorted thankfully. If any luck higher up management will sort it out but I am very doubtful hence I decided to leave this review to warn others.

Claire and Gemma dealt with my enquiry as fast as the computer would deal with it at the Plymouth branch.
Computer was quick but these two Ladies were quicker.

Annoying when you have to ring 1 national main switchboard to make an appointment at your local branch,
But once local contact is made, Service is brilliant and you can talk to a human being.

Need to discuss important issue with my mortgages. Tried to call last week and waited 3 hours and 20 minutes before my phone ran out of battery, tried again today (1 hour 50 minutes) didn't get through. Told via Co-Op Facebook messenger they are too busy and try again Monday(I cannot waste another 3 Hours)How can it be this difficult to call and speak to someone, I have been a customer for many years.You cannot email them an enquiry but you can email a complaint!!!

I always find the staff welcoming and can't do enough to help.I have banked with other high street banks in the past but these are the best by far keep up the good work and I look forward to banking with you into the future.

Didn't wait long to be taken for my appointment. Ladies there are always smiling and helpful. Good atmosphere and a pleasure to use. Miles away from how it used to be when people hated seeing their bank managers. Now it is a joy to enter the building. So different than 60years ago!!!?????

Poor customer service not accommodating at all walked into the branch and could not accommodate a walk in appointment for something simple and asked us to book an appointment . Now the branch is not picking up their phone and called over 10x. This bank certainly does not give the impression they want to look after their customers

Such shockingly bad telephone service. All I want to do is book an appointment to come into the branch. Been on hold for two hours now and still haven't got through. Driving my family mad with the awful hold music
