Visited Clark?s in Plymouth earlier today, having had an unsuccessful trip to Truro.
Sarah served us and she was an absolute breath of fresh air, really helpful, really lovely to talk to and not at all pushy, just a very nice person. So nice to come across someone with some drive and eagerness to assist. She deserves employer of the month.

Went in for our sons first measurements and to get his first pair of shoes and did not turn out to be a good experience at all. Staff was so unhelpful and disinterested and had no stock of boys pre walkers.

Bought £90 shoes from this store the young girl said any issues with them scratching there return policy is to bring them back for full refund didn't even last a week to be told no you cannot refund them!!! Never ever using clarks again

Needed shoes for my lad. Waited for 15 minutes to be served. No apology for wait and then gave a rushed service that left me feeling unappreciated. Probably have the wrong size as the lady just wanted to move on asap. Asked if we wanted a bag but didn't say they cost anything so expected for free only to see added to bill. Hopefully the shoes lat a while for the cost of £48.00. The last Clarke's we bought pealed at the front after 6 weeks.

Clarks is my first choice for a comfort reason soft leather and insoles.No hard cardboard around the heel to feel,as one gets with cheap products be buying soon,if you had a click to pick I would.I

Poor choice of school shoes, sames styles they have had for 10 years that I know of! My daughter going into year 6 was shown her choices today and they are all young styles with the velcro straps!! We ended up in Deichmann with so much choice and half the price!

The individual I was supporting needed new shoes, so we went to Clarks. The staff were very supportive and helpful. The client was very happy with 2 pairs of new shoes. Was a little pricey, but then again, it's Clarks, so there is always going to be good quality.
