Absolutely useless!Supposed to be my mums carers, but didn't bother turning up for months on end...until the council stepped in & removed you.Anytime i tried phoning I was either ignored, fobbed off, or spoken to in an appalling manner by the rude, obnoxious, woman on the other end of the phone.You shouldn't be allowed to call yourselves carers & in my opinion, the company should be forced to close....ideally before someone dies whilst under your "care"You're a danger to vulnerable people!I look forward to your generic reply & suggestion that I contact you...you weren't interested when it mattered most, so I certainly won't be bothering to TRY & contact you now that my mum actually has a care company that show up & do the job they are supposed to.

I have used Cera Care for some time now. I can assure any potential client that the carers are brilliant, lovely, friendly, always helpful. Things are never too much for them. Caring is not just bottom washing, they do so many other things. Their care has literally saved my legs. I cannot give them enough stars, if I could I'd make sure they got £20 an hour.

The worse care company! They lost paperwork(two reviews)and CHC careplan. tried to say client was asking for support that was not on care plan yet it was on there own passkey system. My Partner needed personal care at 9:30 that was agreed and they would book in appointments for 1pm. Not one appointment at the time agreed in the last two years. I put up a review on there site and management came back to say the local management would be in contact, never happened. Asked for policy before a review and again nobody came back to us. Left two messages for the manager Tracy Jane at the local city centre branch to contact me, because I wanted her to attend review to see the appalling approach of there staff, again no contact. I made it clear that we only want what is in the care plan, yet they were still trying to push "at our own discretion" for someone to hoover. Hoovering is not in the criteria and then to try and blame my partner for asking for things outside of the plan is disgraceful. my partners time was always pushed back to later times which meant she could not have community access. Cera care were true to there no person centred approach right to the end! new carer turned up (because the rest have left the company) she said she could not do community access because she broke her finger and could not open the doors! Yet she had to come through the doors to get to us. Managed to take the washing down and the empty the bins, which all required the doors to open. The same doors to get my partners wheechair through. I am glad we manged to find a new professional company because this company should not be allowed to support vulnerable people. They admitted in the review there were 67 other people who needed a review like us. lets hope they are not treated badly like us or there paperwork lost. I kept all evidence to back up everything I said and as a care act Advocate I will not be using this company as an option for support. I will end on a positive though, the 95% of carers were excellent at there job and cannot fault them, considering the difficulty they experience from the office staff. if people are reading this, I cannot talk for the whole company but do not use the city centre branch of Plymouth Cera care. This is only about 75% of the things they have done wrong. Very poor branch of Cera Care. I only gave one star because I could not post without putting a star.

Am not very happy with cera care, because if I've got another appointment to go to, I always ring up cera care about this and naturally ask them for a earlier call for my support on that day, they naturally sort things out for me over the phone and I check the cera care app to check that this is done, then I find that someone from cera cares, moved the time again, when I was promised that this would not happen, was told that a note would be put on the screen to state that not to touch the early appointment time, then I was also told that a email would be sent to everyone not to change this time, iam not very happy as a person who gets support from cera care, because they never listen to my concerns

Company not good to work for left after a few months left in beginning of February still trying to get outstanding money owed to me contracted pay roll they keep saying contact local branch they are not answering any emails text messages still waiting for outstanding money

Terrible company wages are always wrong constantly trying to screw over there staff and changing the staff's contracts with a weeks notice no consultation what do ever absolute disgrace of a company

I have repeatedly asked this company to sort issues out with my dad's care ,the actual carers are fine ,but I feel the company doesn't come up to the standard required I have asked for the pass app and care plan and have yet to receive them
