“5/5 stars for these guys in here. Im hopeless with tech. And the tech wizards are amazing. I know I must have been a pain but they answered my questions helped me and fixed my problem. The guy was friendly and professional. Also I didn't feel pressured into buying anything or upgrading. He explained some other deal options and broadband but understood when I said I didn't want to. This is a great quality because as someone who's not great with techy stuff I do feel like some people will try to push you into contracts. Ive been with ee for 12 years and ive always used this shop when ive had problems or needed an upgrade.”

“Got a great sim only deal with Tesco mobile. Much cheaper than my previous provider, and NO extortionate mid contract price hikes, which was another reason why I changed. The staff were very helpful and managed to sort out a technical problem which my previous provider caused, even though I bought my phone direct from the original manufacturer, the previous providers managed to lock my phone to their network. But the boys from tesco mobile came to my rescue with flying colours and sorted it for me.”

“From our arrival Jordan and Jake at the Plymouth store they have been amazing. We have had problems with our business contract since January. We have three times visited different stores, phoned the business helpline multiple times without any result. They listened to our difficulties, investigated all the issues. After a complicated mistake which others found impossible to solve, we have left the Plymouth store with a hub that works, Jake and Jordan should be recognised for their skills in customer service and knowledge. Excellent staff members”

“Enjoy going in here when pop into town to have a nose and pick up a new game occasionally got ps4. There is always plenty of choice of games for various devices. There are lots of different dvds available to look through and choose from. The devices and tech displayed all look good and again plenty of choice, and it's all at great prices. Never really been a que and served quickly by a polite member of staff that look happy to be there.”
