This coffee shop is chaotic and extremely grubby, the floor is dirty and the tables are sticky! The coffee tasted strange and the only toilets are up many escalators at the top of the building! Nothing to recommend this place at all! Go somewhere else

Flat white was strong, delicious and beautifully presented. The pain au chocolat was buttery and melt in the mouth. As good as I've had in France.

Service was good unfortunately can't say the same for the sandwich. Very little filling in fact one side had only a bit of tomato sauce and a leaf of something or other. Very poor

Worst cup of coffee in a long while. A small cup of scaldingly hot milk threatened with a coffee bean and with barely a teaspoons worth of foam posing as a flat white. £2.80. I messaged their customer services on 20 July and still await a response. Avoid like the plague. Awful coffee and they really don't care.
