Friendly, quick service despite how busy it was! Really lovely upstairs seating area with boardgames and arm chairs - a great place for a catch up with friends. Coffee is good for a chain, and the christmas specials are a bit of fun.

I've came here for the first time today and it was quite busy, I had carrot cake and a hot chocolate, the carrot cake was quite nice and the hot chocolate was alright. However the prices are quite high and it seemed quite dirty by the batista machine and on the tables, maybe I just came in at a busy time but the staff were all really lovely and the upstairs has a nice relaxing feeling to it!

Regularly visit this Nero and the coffee is always good and staff are amazing, HOWEVER the cleanliness is horrific, behind the counter it?s utter filth from floor to work surface, and the bathroom facilities are a health hazard. Also the bin function on the shop floor is broken and you can see the contents behind. I think it could do with closing and a serious deep clean.

Fairly consistent flat white. I love a good flat white, this is a fairly good place to get one but again the consistency isn't always there.

Went in Cafè on 24th June 2024 about lunch time ish with a friend and got ignored by staff and asked everyone else for their orders apart from mine as been in queue before anyone else and never got served apart from my friend. So me and my friend walked out. Not happy at all.
