Friendly, quick service despite how busy it was! Really lovely upstairs seating area with boardgames and arm chairs - a great place for a catch up with friends. Coffee is good for a chain, and the christmas specials are a bit of fun.

I've came here for the first time today and it was quite busy, I had carrot cake and a hot chocolate, the carrot cake was quite nice and the hot chocolate was alright. Regularly visit this Nero and the coffee is always good and staff are amazing, HOWEVER the cleanliness is horrific, behind the counter it’s utter filth from floor to work surface, and the bathroom facilities are a health hazard. Also the bin function on the shop floor is broken and you can see the contents behind. I think... read full comment
