Receptionists are always SO rude. I got my filling done here after months of waiting now I think it?s infected a week later and nobody would see me. Genuinely think theres far too many reception staff for what actually goes on in the practice too.

I am a really petrified and needlephobic patient. Suffering with anxiety. Today I went to have a tooth extraction the nurse I had was amazing, I grabbed her hand so hard worried I broke her fingers. But the locum dentist Dimos Yampakos was awesome putting me at ease and had such patience. Just really gutted that he is only a locum. Definatly needs to be perminate staff. Very reassuring.

Just had a filling at Bupa,Milehouse.What amazing treatment,after not needing treatment for over 20 years( I've still attended all check ups) I was really worried.I needn't have been worried my dentist was so lovely ,as was the nurse.Its always a pleasure to visit the surgery,the staff are always friendly and my whole family have always been treated so well.Thank you,Bupa Dental care ,Milehouse.

Great when you actually get an appointment! Been trying for over a week and still trying to get through on the phone to rebook an appointment that the orthodontist cancelled. Online booking service out of order and no voicemail options!! Been attending the surgery for over 30 years and never had such issues.
