Fantastic service from Gin and the team at Bradley's. The process was delayed due to solicitors and no fault of Bradley's. They couldn't do enough to make sure I was fully informed at all times which made everything so much easier and less stressful. I can't fault Bradley's at all and would highly recommend.Thank you so much for everything I will never forget how wonderful you all are!

Bradley's were working on behalf of the vendors for a house that I was purchasing. Although not working for me directly, I found Gin to be very friendly and helpful. She checked in regularly to see how things were progressing my end to feed back to the vendors and to make sure all parties were kept updated.

Absolutely appalling expriences with Bradley's- from start to finish. There seems to be a real lack of knowledge, honesty and integrity between the staff in the office at Bradley's Mannamead office.1. Asking price was 10k higher at the property than advertised.2. After being told my offer was accepted, the following day everyone in the office denied this, while they continued to carry out viewings. Ridiculous excuses ranged from I 'must have imagined it', to Kelly saying Chloe, who handled the negotiations, was new and didn't know what she was doing.3.The following day, when they didn't get any more offers, they came back to me to once again.4. No movement for 3 months, when I went to look elsewhere they told me the vendor had found a new onward property so I could get on with the sale of that property.5.However 2 months later, and after my expenses, they called me to excitedly tell me that they were pleased to tell me the vendor had found an onward property (!?!)6. After 6 months of waiting and nothing but rudeness from the staff in the Mannamead office, 'We only work for the vendor, not the buyer!' I got an email from my solicitor to say Bradley's emailed to say the sale had fallen through and the vendor was not selling. No courtesy call, no apology for wasting my time.6. So I got in contact with the vendor myself, as Bradley's did absolutely nothing to support the sale. The vendor told me they had passed on a letter for me to Bradley's to pass on. They didn't.7. Now I'm getting phonecalls because there's a housing slump and they now seem a little more keen to support people looking to buy.I actively avoid properties marketed by Bradley's now. They wasted my time, lied to me, and costed me money.

I was talking with friends about putting my property on the market to sell, Isaac from Bradley?s was the first name mentioned, I contacted Isaac and he reassured me that Bradley?s and himself would be able to off a service, and he was right, I first met Matt the manager who valued my property and the Chloe and Gyn the sales ladies, every one of the team were very professional they handled my sale keeping me informed at every step offering advice when needed, well done Bradley?s and thank you Isaac for sorting it all out.

Best estate agents I?ve ever used for buying and selling, very quick to answer phone calls and always available for questions and arrange viewings very quickly and efficiently. Very organised, professional and lovely staff.I thank the staff all very much and would be very happy to recommend and use Bradleys again.

Friendly, and quick to accomdate us, as we had a viewing with them on New Years Eve! Chloe Wood shows us around the property, and answered all our questions. On completion date 3 months later, they communicated well with us on the availability of the keys, and how to get them.
