Absolutely shocking service. My mother-in-law received a message saying her prescription was ready, so I went to collect it two days later?only to be told they couldn?t even find it in the system. This isn?t the first time we?ve had issues either. There always seems to be some sort of problem or delay. It?s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable when people rely on their medication to manage health conditions.

Received a text message on Monday advising prescription was ready to collect. Waited until Wednesday afternoon only to be told that was not the case and only partially ready and no pharmacist available to complete. Do not send text until ready to collect. Now have to wait until Monday when I am available.

Popped in as specsavers told me to see a pharmacist about a problem I had with my eyes and skin, the first lady I spoke to was very helpful but said she didn't want to offer me anything so if I went back in a hour I would see the pharmacist as she was in a meeting.
Which was fine, so I popped back and was asked the same question again by a different person who spoke to the pharmacist, to which I was told she would be with me in 15 minutes. When the pharmacist did eventually see to my problem, it wasn't in a room speaking privately it was on the shop floor where anyone could hear.
Which I found embarrassing next time I'll see a doctor as they wouldn't see you in the waiting room.

Absolutely disgusted with the staff service ! Rude ignorant ! Do not answer phone pharmacist hardly there to sign scrips off.
They do not acknowledge your presence, They do not provide the service that all pharmacy's are required to !! How to get advice when they are so ignorant is beyond me !

Recently went online to establish availability of a product. Advised "in stock" and " 3 sold in last...". On arrival I was advised "we don't do those here, but we can order".In fairness, I received the items the next day but I wish the Website wasn't so deliberately misleading, I could have ordered online and saved myself a wasted journey.

Absolutely disgusting staff! Went in today with my friend and there was an elderly lady in a wheel chair infront of us. She was looking for a perfume for her granddaughter and didn?t want to pay a ridiculous price. She seen one she liked, however she could not reach it, she asked the lady at the checkout if she could reach if for her, the worker said she could not get it as there was a que of people waiting? 2 people may i add, I?m sure they wouldn?t of minded waiting as there was other staff to serve her, she rolled her eyes at the lady and did not serve her, me and my friend ended up finding her a nice enough perfume in her budget! As working in customer service my whole life, I?ve never experienced such a rude and disrespectful environment! Disappointed !

One woman is very rude and inpatient. Tried to call them all day, when they answer I got put on hold and then they hang up. Then it rang and rang for about 2 hrs. Most probably put their phone on silent. Avoid if you can!!

Meds are fine but the staff are mostly rude and sarcastic bar one or two of them. I work in customer service and these certainly aren't there to be helpful

They didn?t even acknowledge my standing and waiting while the lady behind the counter was faffing about for 10 mins with a totally empty shop. To then be told that once again my child?s time sensitive medication was not ready for collection. It was there but the pharmacist is having her lunch. So once again I have to waitFor meds that are already 48hours late for a child fighting an infection. Their attitude is awful. They lied and said that they only just received the prescription from the GP. A phone call with the GP confirmed that the prescription was sent, on time, days ago. Yet they still denied it.This is the 6th time this pharmacy has been late dispensing time sensitive medications for my children! Appalling service!Furious!
