Realised on Tues that I only had a few tablets left so requested a prescription from the GP. Got a text on Thursday saying it had been received by pharmacy. Rang Saturday and it was in and being checked. Was told to go right over and it would be ready. Excellent service as usual from this pharmacy and staff.

Visited the chemist as I was passing. I asked the lady at the desk that I needed some medication for sinusitis. She booked an appointment with the pharmacist straight away and I was seen within 5 mins.
The pharmacist was very thorough and prescribed a steroid nasal spray. All in all a first class service, delivered with professionalism and care.

This place is crazy..always long queues going to the door or atleast half way..The usual (4) staff are really good, efficient & friendly. Lately they've had different staff behind the till, stacking the shelves and a different pharmacist and they are all verrrrry slow, don't know what they're doing & the pharmacist was told twice I was there still waiting and then he didn't bring the right amount of medication to me and had to get a member of staff to go over the prescription with him..Ridiculous!! Ive noticed ALOT lately people are having problems with their prescriptions with being told "ohh we have recieved it but its not ready yet, come back tomorrow" or "we havent got enough in, we can give you some now & come back for the rest when you run out" This place has really gone down hill in the last 6wks (roughly) but its the closest one to me so have to go here which is so frustrating as I tend to get fed up in there nearly all the time now and dread going there to go through unwanted and uncalled for stress.

The lady who served me today, was extremely rude and abrupt in her manner, not only to me, but I witnessed the same poor level of customer service too the people in the queue before me. As store manager she should know better and needs training in a decent level of customer service. Another customer commented the same thing on leaving the shop.

They never answer the phone! I've been trying for 10 days, called various times of the day and it's never answered. Poor service from Boots Crownhill.

Shocking customer services, the young girl behind the counter was very rude and intrusive and the chemist wasn't much better. The staff represent boots and both staff need better training. Customer service matters in the customer service industry and you've lost me as a customer

Had to go back to this pharmacy after the one at mannamead closed, which was very disappointing as this was a great pharmacy.
This pharmacy is rubbish, especially one member of staff who is quite abrupt and not very helpful. Ordered prescription from doctors 15th may and still not arrived, even though I have run out of my medication. This is a disgraceful service that I have to pay for. I am an 88 years old and can't get to the shop.
I would have given no stars if it was possible to do so. Avoid if possible. Will be looking for another pharmacy soon.

Crownhill Boots Pharmacy is truly a gem in the community. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. The store itself is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what you need. The selection of products is impressive, ranging from over-the-counter medications to beauty and skincare products. What sets Crownhill Boots Pharmacy apart is their knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

I don't recommend them. At all. Say they have to have 10 days notice for them to get the stock in. Not appreciating that some medication can't be ordered that far in advance. They make it seem as if there is a shortage. And you need to have an eventual text from them (which you read with your dying breath). Unhelpful. Lacking empathy. And understanding. Went to Honicknowle pharmacy and got my medication without fuss, without a wait and a smile. I recommend them!

Nice staff but understaffed taken over a week from putting my repeat prescription in with my doctor to getting medication , no call from boots husband had to go in to query it

Poor and rude pharmacy assistant. Slow service and not at all helpful. Not a good start after switching over to this Pharmacy.
