I went to the pharmacy department to ask a personal question, and the woman there said ?noooo? in my face and stared at me like I was stupid and made me feel uncomfortable, and then she laughed at me as I said Thankyou and I was still being polite, as i walked away, very rude.

OK unless your getting a prescription near to the cut off time for lunch. The staff should take priority for people collecting prescriptions, not making up new ones!
Not impressed with the service this time and this is not the first time this has happened either!!

Went there for the first time today to get a prescription. The pharmacist i met first was very rude . The rest of the staff members were very nice. But because of this one staff member I would prefer not to go back there in future.

My wife and I have visited to purchase suncream and hair products, but we had the worst customer service we've ever experienced. A security guard followed us around with a strange attitude, and the cashier was incredibly abrupt. We've never experienced anything like this before and won't be returning. Boots should seriously reconsider their hiring practices. the 1 star is far too generous.

Went in today with my girlfriend to ask for the morning after pill. Got greeted by a rather nice lady who was happy to help us. She had got a superior pharmacist to help us. His name was Locum as displayed on our receipt. He was incredibly rude, instead of inviting us to the consultation room or speaking with a bit of privacy, he was incredibly rude.
He very audibly asked us in the shop "Are you the one that needs the morning after the pill?"
Which we replied with "Yes that's us."
He, once again very loudly said, "How long ago did you have unprotected sex?"
Which I then stopped him and said "Can we please go into the consultation room to discuss this."
He replied "No I don't have time for that."
I replied "Okay well can we speak with a bit of privacy please."
He continued to speak very loudly about a rather personal matter.
And after my girlfriend said "She knows the procedure and said that she came here one time 3 years ago"
He then jumped to say, very loudly again, " You shouldn't be doing that all the time" accusing her of doing it too often.
We then paid £30 for the pill bought a couple other things and left. Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend. Can't believe someone could be so rude; watch out for the man.
He's about 5'5", glasses, wonky eye, brown skin color. Incredibly rude.

On attempt 12 of trying to talk to the pharmacy. They are just letting the phone ring out.
Service is terrible.
Prioritise smack heads.
Use any other pharmacy.

Always found the staff not very helpful and under pressure to carry out their daily routine. I prefer the bigger boots in drake circus.

Had to wait quite a while to get a prescription but the ladies are always nice if they ever say sorry for being so long

Will close there doors before closing hours, which is an inconvenience when you travel to them near closing time. Shut over 20 minutes early today. Google advertises they close at 5:15pm but the doors were locked at 4:55pm...
