Nice team at the store, but when they deliver they give you a one hour window and I think they have delivered in that window maybe 1 out of 10 times. I would just not bother with the arrival notification email.

Plenty of parking, also plenty disabled parking, everything is all on one level so easy access in and around, also good have a hand scanner so you can scan items as you go around so know what total will be can pay by cash or card be good if they had a disabled toilet, or in the ladies make the largest cubical disabled friendly by putting a grab rail

Allow non-retail traders which is ultimately taking business away from their own customers, Poor stock levels, frozen range is poor, sweets range also, no large Cherry Coca Cola ? No meat pastes ? etc etc Since being taken over by Tesco their stocks have gradually reduced ( as predicted !) Management dont listen/act on complaints. So long as they have money in the tills ( see first comment) they arent bothered.Please note this review was made at the height of Covid ( during first lockdown) however they are still valid

Reading other reviews, many people have high expectations of a simple wholesaler. They are specific for two types of business and it seems this isn't enough for them. I've been buying goods for 15 years from this place and honestly I've not seen anything of the like of the negative reviews. Low stock/selection on sweets... are you kidding? What do you expect, Willy Wonka? Friendly staff, good selection of everything you'd expect and of you don't like it there's always the other wholesaler opposite.

Very good quality but they didn't have halal meat and chicken in Plymouth there are a lot of takeaway restaurant (halal)

Exactly what you expect from Cash and Carry. Staff are helpful and friendly. More options for dietary needs would be useful, more Vegan and Gluten Free options.

I always enjoy going to your store as the staff are all very friendly and helpful always a big plus?chilled section, frozen and fresh food all excellent just lacking in the cooking sauces and quick easy meals department such as a variety of noodle pots, curry pastes and such like...... Really bad selection of sweets hardly any stock in most disappointing trip yet will find new wholesaler as waisted trip.
