My partner went to check out with a can of expanding foam that was age restricted. Showed their ID and was told they could not buy it as I had already paid for my items and left. My partner came out to the car and told me so I went back in and showed my ID. I was then told they had to both be shown at the same time. I am having trouble following this logic as my partner did not become 4 years younger since leaving the shop and I am also 22 years old so we were more than able to buy this item. We both felt frustrated with this experience and with the woman serving us who came across very rude and uncaring. Her customer interaction skills are severely lacking and she should not be in a customer facing role. We went on to buy this item at another shop that was much cheaper anyway and will not return to this location again.

Always stock loads of items u don't get in mainstream supermarkets. If you bulk buy you always get a bargain.

'At the moment' trying to get eco c9 406 soft white 40 watt light bulbs for my lounge and dining room lights'. I purchased the units many years ago at the Coypool unit. Having visited all the B&M units in Plymouth no result. 'But. Lea-anne of the Coypool unit has taken my request for help, checked her store rooms and investigated to no avail. Lee-Anne has taken my details and will inform when in stock. Now that is customer service Lee-Anne is a credit and a big asset to B&M. Thank you.
