This company goes over and above to provide excellent care and support for their customers. The staff are given great in incentives which helps with retention , meaning customers get regular carers.

Bluebird Care Plymouth and South Hams is undoubtedly the best company I have ever worked for. Staff are valued, above all else, paid very well and I have never experienced such generosity as I have with Bluebird Care. Our directors do so much for all their staff, they are incredibly fair, and I could not imagine my life not working for Bluebird Care.
