First bad experience of a Bella Italia. The restaurant was cold, the food was cold, the chicken burger that was ordered came out as a beef burger, they didn't have any mozzarella cheese for the mozzarella pasta dish, didn't have any sweet potato fries, the salad on the kids meal was all dried out like it was days old. The server was lovely and seemed quite embarrassed. Not good.
