The Atwell Martin team have taken away all the stress of being a landlord. Any issues I have faced with maintenance, have been sorted quickly and the cost just comes out of the fees I receive from the tenant. In addition, those costs and rents received are all clearly stated each month in a very accountant friendly statement. To sum up, use Atwell Martin, no stress, property makes me money, happy landlord.

Very good and experienced staff, Richard is very helpful and responsive.I have a excellent hands off experience letting my property through their management service.Initial start up was painless. They dealt with certifications, found the tenants and informed utilities etc for me. They also provided me with accurate advice.They provide great written reporting regularly and deal with maintenance and other issues promptly.Overall they provide a very professional service and I would definitely recommend.

The whole experience of purchasing through AM was exceptional. I wanted to relocate my mother from Hampshire to Plymouth. I discussed my requirements with Andrew and he was able to immediately identify appropriate properties. From placing an offer, through to completion has been managed well with good liason from Debbie. The property handover meeting with Sue was really appreciated and nothing seems too much trouble for the team.

We first tried to sell the Property and Atwell found us plenty of people to view. Unfortunately, the agreed sale fell through at the last minute due to the Buyer not being able to raise a suitable Mortgage. However, the communication throughout was outstanding.We then changed tact and decided to rent the property and Atwell took this in their stride and again found plenty of people to view and a rental was agreed within the week.Atwell keep us up to date with everything on a frequent basis and always answer my emails in a timely fashion.

We weren?t keen to rent out our property but when circumstances meant it was our best option, we were so glad that Atwell Martin were able to market the property, and act on our behalf. They have made the process as painless as possible and gone above and beyond to put our minds at ease.

We have had a really positive experience with Atwell Martin. At the start of the process they were really helpful in showing us different properties that fitted our criteria. There was never any ?sales? pressure and they really understood what we wanted. Once we had an offer accepted they were really efficient and we had a sales progresser called Debbie who was amazing. She was always available to trouble shoot any issues and had a great relationship with my sales estate agent and worked together with her. She was in regular contact with us and our solicitor and really pushed things through. We also had a really useful viewing post exchange with Kieron who explained all of the workings of the new home, and they have been in touch post completion to check how we are settling in. It?s such a shame ?estate agents? can have a bad reputation- we found Atwell Martin to be really attuned to our needs, really helpful, ethical, honest, professional and Debbie really managed to get everything aligned to complete in what is a very difficult market at the moment. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very very poor communication. Well I say communication, never ever got back to us about enquiries despite several phone calls. Was left with the distinct impression that they couldn?t care less about us as the rental market was so buoyant at the moment. AWFUL!

Very, very poor communication. I was shown a property that was available for rent. I was told I was the only viewing booked, and when I completed the application form, was told I was the only one to apply. I called the following day for an update, and they could not give me any update. I called the following day and was promised a call back - no call! I called again the following day - was promised a call back - no call. I emailed the following day - never got a response. I called again a few days later and guess what? No-one called me back! Communication was diabolical! It took 2 weeks for them to get back to me, by then I had found another property. I did get an apology to be fair, but no credible explanation! Only a request to see if I was still interested in the property?? Errr no thanks!

Atwell Martin were the agent acting on behalf of the seller in our transaction, so we didn't expect to have much interaction with them. Due to the nature of the purchase, we ended up communicating very regularly with them, and found them easy to deal with, very professional, and very quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any property sale.
