I love to shop from Asda. However, I do not think it is fair to close, not letting anyone in at 18:55 when it says online that you'll clos3 at 19:00.
This is quite misleading and annoying for someone who just finished a shift and rushed to shop before 19:00

I can?t stress enough how awful the customer service is in this shop. Rita mate if you read this at staff meetings, please get retrained. You need to apologise when delivering bad news my love and not reply to me with arrogance and rudeness when I was quite nice. I came in to get something I left behind which I paid for, pretty sure Security team couldn?t be bothered and to avoid hassle told me nothing was left behind. I know full well the item was still in the shop, on the till where I forgot it. Don?t bother asking staff for help cause you won?t get it. ??Many things in life are unfair? is the motto that Rita goes by.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Rita was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had accidentally left something in the store and went back with the receipt to find it. The staff lied to us and did not have any intention of helping us and refused to check cctv, her words were ?many things in life are unfair?. This level of customer service is truly awful! That?s money we have now lost and a birthday present we now do not have !!!

My first time at Asda!! To get a photo cake and I couldn?t have done it without the help, skills and patience of Daniel in the Bakery. He was so kind and a credit to your store. Thank you, I will be back!

Called in to Asda one afternoon but on entering the store I could not find any baskets. I then approached the employee with the orange tuft of hair who was positioned at the store entrance and asked where the baskets were. Her reply was it was not her job to find me a basket. It may well have not have been but a bit of common curtesy would not have been too much to expect. Disgusting behaviour.

Just had a delivery to pl6 area. Driver went above and beyond, thank you for my birthday song! It was ordered as a gift so I can't review you personally, but you definitely made my night. Fantastic service.

Since being taken over asda has gone downhill no more of the cheaper products more expensive stuff being put in place. Rarely is there certain foods you want shelves are usually empty staff are unhappy absolute shambles from what it was to what these new brothers are trying to make it. Asda is definitely not low cost anymore you may aswell go tesco least u get rewards there
