I?m a regular customer at this garage and have generally had positive experiences?the majority of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, during my recent visit in the evening, I was disappointed by the behavior of one staff member. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful, dismissive, and questioned my honesty, which I found quite upsetting. I was also denied a refund without a clear explanation. This experience did not reflect the high standard of service I?ve come to expect here.
I believe the staff member on duty this evening would benefit from additional support and training in customer service and in understanding how to engage respectfully with customers.

Had an issue with the car on the forecourt today, nozzle stuck in tank was there hours! Staff were amazing, tried helping fed and watered my toddler was extremely patient considering the inconvenience this would have caused them.

An all night garage that shuts for more than 40 minutes for a staff break. Not very good for someone who suffers from insomnia and has run out of milk. There was another customer let down in the very short time it took me to get from my car to check the opening times. How much money are ASDA losing every night? The attached photograph was taken at 0205 on 4th December 2024.

Open 24 hours a day....except for every morning for hours when there's traffic cones preventing entry. Try 22 hours a day if that's what you're open for

Cheapest petrol in town! Bit tricky to navigate as other cars don't realise there's a big queue behind them and don't drive up to the farthest gas pump to fill up (closest to shop). BUT...a lovely lady came out to check on me to see if I needed help (I have a disabled badge). That's never happened before. Will defo try again at a quieter time of day.

Large delivery lorry did not give way to pedestrians and blocked pavement. When pedestrians tried to pass in front of lorry the lorry driver found it amusing to keep lurching the lorry towards them.

You finish fuelling on rounded number like £20.00 but when you come to the counter it is suddenly £20.02 - not one time for me. Also when I fuelled my bike, 15l capacity of a tank, how can you put 15.5l in it???I don?t like cheating.Take it into consideration when you go there.

Refused to accept an e-gift voucher provided to us from Asda customer services to make you for their mistake yesterday.Manager obviously not paid to think and extremely rude and unprofessional.Good for fuel, avoid for everything else.
