We went to buy sushi but a lady was very rude and all we asked was a bag to put chopsticks , wasabi and soy sauce in ,because we can?t place it in our basket as it was so small . If we placed it in our pocket then what if it stained our clothes . Before when we bought it the other lady would give us a bag to place our shopping in ,she was very nice but today a different lady was very rude and told us to grab a bag from the till . Her voice tone was very rude to us . If we do also put it on our pocket then would they think we were stealing. Had very bad shopping experience today

The staff are always very helpful I had a query about an e reciept they could not solve yesterday but I took the till reciept over today and the assistant found the transaction instantly and has rescent the E reciept to me.It turned out they had my sir name spelt wrong in my email address.My fault for not verifying it on Wednesday

Came in to this Argos store after receiving a faulty Apple Watch I had ordered and picked up on the same day. I struggled to get through to Argos on the phone but once I did they told me to come here. I was sceptical anything would be done when I arrived but Simon the store assistant had the watch swapped and had me on the way in the space of 5 minutes. All praise to that man I couldn?t believe it could be that easy. Simon deserves a pay rise effective immediately.

Ordered something fpr click and collect from ebay and the shop wouldnt take it because of the size... But they sell tvs and fridges and bigger items.Also didnt let me know, just asked the parcel company to re deliver at a later date. Be carefull

On three occasions Argos have returned to Sender without notifying me first. The Ebay goods are marked delivered to Argos but I don't receive them. So I lose my money and goods ... what's it all about ?

The Argos here is small and there?s only two people working. The ?Paid Online Collections are extremely slow. Do not come to collect from this Argos inside Sainsbury?s if you?re in a hurry. Avoid it.
