What a shambles of a service .
My son bought my granddaughter a Dolphin girls pushbike.i put it together and there was the smallest bracket missing. Call the number on the box they say.Called and texted !!??You got more chance of lord lucan getting back to you I think..
That's the problem nowadays,not .much care about one small bracket for a push bike.Can take the whole thing back to argos and get another one!?Its for the stabilizer 'smallest piece on said bike.Got one but 2 are needed..Bike company is pedal pals..

Fast Track service???? More like Slow Crawl. I was the only customer in the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes for my order. If that?s the speed when it?s quiet, I dread to think how long it takes when it?s actually busy. Definitely not living up to the name of FAST track!

Absolutely disgusted by the manager at transit way refusing to count coins (all silver) amounting to £30, for my disabled sister who wanted to purchase a doll with her pocket money she had saved. She wanted to purchase this giving the manager the coins herself, to feel independent. The manager refused to count the coins, directing my mother to instead take the coins to a post office to change to notes. This has affected my sister a lot as she has learning difficulties and has been looking forward to purchasing the doll. I can understand it may have been time consuming, but the store wasn?t busy, no queues. The manager should be ashamed.

Incredibly rude staff member, refused to return an order although it was clearly the same card on Apple Pay. Did not apologise for the inconvenience and tutted when I provided evidence of the same card. Really unprofessional

I was served by a lovely young woman and she was ever so helpful, she deserves a medal for her patience with the amount of questions I asked in terms of an item i purchased! I believe her name was Olivia so thank you to her for the immense help!.

Was served by a young boy today it was his third day and he was very helpful and efficient, however the older lady working with him seemed constantly angry, she could have been much nicer to the younger staff and more polite to customers.

They were horrible to my mum she want to return an item but these 3 employees were in a corner chatting and laughing at her she was shaking (she has anxiety) the manger started shouting at her of no reason this was uncalled for and unprofessional and the manager was stood there just laughing as they all did this

Had difficulty with a Hisense TV (don't buy one, they're terrible). After a long drawn out drama with Hisense after it developed a fault, they eventually agreed to return and refund. I bought a different make.This was handled brilliantly by Noah at Transit Way who sorted everything and professionally.
