Not everyone but very unhelpful staff especially when trying to make an apple care claim all they tell you to do is call up and claim online even though you can sort it out instore after perseverance they finally sorted out. Will go back to android once this phones paid off

Came in today to trade in and upgrade my iPad. Isla was absolutely amazing, helped me to understand exactly what I would need and benefit from as a uni student. Super cheerful and fun employee made the whole experience great. Every Apple Store needs an Isla :)

Staff were very caring and helpful in deciding what Apple Watch to go for, ended up getting a series 10 Gps + Cellular, 1 detail I had wished they told me before buying is that the cellular connection doesn?t work with all network providers

Popped in on the off chance to get my phone looked at. The charging port seemed to be defective. A lady who I believe was called Arlene (possibly), immediately knew what the problem was took my phone out back, and cleaned the port. It now works perfectly. Can?t thank you enough. It?s been causing me a headache!!!!! First class and friendly service ??

I visited the apple store yesterday as I had a huge fault with my iPhone and luckily it was still under warranty, but the staff members that I was seen by were absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the customer service, sorry I can?t remember names but they were so helpful and explained everything to me. Went in today to collect my phone and unfortunately there was a slight error still with my phone so went back and 10 out of 10! They solved my issue very quickly and promptly. Highly recommend this store - thank you!

Matti needs a shoutout for this review, of apple plymouth drake circus, Matti ensured I had my iPhone OLED screen replaced and went above and beyond in the process on the computers to ensure it was done quickly and efficiently. Top dude cheers!

Got a very exclusive experience to use the new UK Apple Vision Pro, it felt very luxury and heavy, we all loved it! Highly recommend visiting this Apple Store, one the best I've ever been to.

I attended the shop at 1720 on a Monday evening, and there were no patrons in there shop. The staff were unable / unwilling to give me an appointment to facilitate the issue with connectivity between my phone and my watch. I?m extremely disappointed as I don?t have a shop local to me and this was the only availability I had in over two months. Unless you?re going to spend money here, they?re not interested.
