Saw 4 different rats running around the carpark when visiting tonight around 6pm on 14.08.25. Been using this store since it opened and never seen one before. Seriously needs pest control, very off putting.

Shelves are messy, I get overwhelmed with people being pushy with their carts and the vegan products are often neglected. Great staff and prices.

Will continue to use store but unfortunately a few familiar staff are consistently unpleasant to deal with. The worst in the mutley store is the guy with the hair bun and moustache who always comes over unfriendly as if I don't exist

Was in here a couple of weeks ago and my friend dropped her pot of dip and it went all over the floor. Robert came to help her straight away and was so lovely incredible service this man deserves a raise!
