We viewed a house on Thursday, had an offer accepted on Friday, went back to the house on Saturday & then went home 300 miles away! All our contact was long distance, but was never an issue. Abbie & David in the Paignton office were always available, nothing was too much trouble or a silly question. They knew who I was instantly on the phone, & remembered me when I popped in 6wks later after relocating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Can?t recommend Williams Hedge highly enough. Professional, friendly, helpful and made a stressful time so much easier. Great communication, calls returned promptly and issued chased up quickly and efficiently with our buyers. Roger was recommended by our solicitor as part of sorting my late mother?s estate. We had a residential property, tenanted property and garages. All sold for more than we expected thanks to their expertise and local knowledge. They supported and advised us through the ups and downs (there were a few!) and their commission rates are very competitive. Great people and a great service!

This is the Team to have working for you!As a first time buyer with a particularly complex set difficulties with legalities in the purchase, Cory, David and the team were that support system that was otherwise lacking.From making initial offer acceptance, keeping the next steps in process clear, smooth and efficient. Then giving regular updates on all the complexities with my purchase.When solicitors were vague or non- communicative it felt like I had a cheer squad. The team liaised with solicitors on my behalf to really keep me on track and moving the purchase forward.
