The Pharmacist although under pressure took his responsibility to ease the stress by being cheerful to all his customers.Very well done , he was professional unlike some others who show it in their body language.A credit to the pharmacy ?thank you for your patience .It is a stressful job handling awkward customers .

Poor service. I have used the pharmacy for many years. Today's experience, Tuesday 14th June, was very poor. A complaint has been made to the GP and NHS England will be informed.

Never answer the phone I know they must be busy but sometimes it's necessary to respond to a query .

Initial experience wasn't great, although that was mainly caused by Corner place surgery.. since the first hiccup, I have found them to be helpful and knowledgeable with a handy text message being sent when prescriptions are ready. Still major issues with the prescriptions messaging service. Don't receive messages 90% of the time. Then when you do and you make your way to collect it you're told with attitude that its not ready for another day and that its just the way the system works... not like anyone is ill walking to the chemist for no reason again..

WELL at Corner Place, Paignton gives first class service. Although its a very small pharmacy, the staff are extremely friendly and very quick to help in all situations.

Excellent friendly service, one at a time in store, others que outside, but very fast turnover so your not waiting very long, I really do recommend if your a cornerplace surgery patient using well Corner Place, I couldn't rate these any higher, every member of staff are amazing.
