Items are not priced correctly,When you check on line the product is in stock but when you go to the Range to buy the product you then get told that the stock count is incorrect and they do not have the product

This store is going downhill so quickly. Stock on pallets and trolleys all over the place making it difficult to walk round. However the most infuriating thing is most of the products don't have prices on them, the shelf end tags are all ripped off. Not just in one section but all over the store. For example, we were looking at a new set of secateurs. There were 6 different types. Only one actually had a price on them! So we will order from Amazon. Only 1 till manned with a queue. Such a shame as we prefer to go out and shop rather than online, but it's such a poor experience in this store.

Every time I go to this Range store I get ripped off. From my experience at least 25% of items are mispriced on the shelf ticket and you pay approx 25% more when you get to the till. The response from staff is the till price is correct, the lady today laughed and said the tickets are all wrong... Will now most likely stick to Home Bargains or B&M as they rarely have mispriced shelf tickets and honor the ticket price if it is incorrect and discount your bill. In future if I shop here I am going to take photos of the shelf price and post to reviews and feedback link. Didn't do this today unfortunately.Very misleading and staff all look dejected and have zero customer service skills. Operator 111936 was a classic example today.

Great range of items and good to browse. Lots of items were without a price which made purchasing difficult and lack of floor staff to ask.
