Advanced booked 90th birthday afternoon tea to include guests from Texas, LA, London and Torbay. From the get go they were totally disorganised. Lovely decor, stunning paintings strewn across the walls... The staff were very friendly and capable. In the restaurant, the music and conversation around wasn't too loud and the atmosphere was pleasant. They definitely were giving luxury.
