Don't use this store very often and now I won't use it again.
Everything was fine until I got to the self checkout when a female member of staff started shouting across the store to me that I have to scan a bag!! She had a customer in fr9nt of her that she was serving but was too bisy screaming at me to scan a bag!! Then she called a male member of staff over who literally stood next to me and ordered me to press the button to pay for a bag! Iv shopped everywhere and used self service machines a lot. I always select a bag at the end before payment (this is an option) as I'm trying to hurry and have 2 kids to keep track of. To be treated like absolute scum and to have everyone in the store staring at me like I'm some sort of shoplifter is inexcusable. As if I'm going to steal a 30p bag?!! If this is the kind of service Tesco offers, no wonder it's losing customers to Sainsburys and Asda.
