carpet chosen and fitted but when laid saw two different colours explanation given is woollen carpets do this, we were not informed of this and all they kept saying was it is not a manufacturing fault which is not the problem we had it was not being given information about this we would have chosen different carpet. not happy that no one has called back as we were told two weeks ago someone would give us a call, nothing as yet.

Well what can I say from the kind man in the shop , to Serane measuring up at our home and being friendly and informative , to the lovely James and Dan plying our floors to fitting our Carpets in 2 bedrooms, landing, stairs , Vinyl in hallway , kitchen and shaving our doors to the owner Ben delivering our Carpet threshold bar personally to the house for James , we are very impressed!James and Dan were gentleman, kind , considerate, clean, worked on all our flooring with skill and everything was done perfectly.We are very particular about what and how we wanted our flooring and James and Dan listened and did an outstanding job for us.First time with Swift...won't be our last , we will also be hoping to have James and Dan again at Swift Carpets again soon.We wouldn't choose anyone but Swift.Thank you all of you!!!Two very happy customers.A*****A&JService: Install flooring

Thank you so much John for your patience in helping us to select the right vinyl flooring for our bathroom. Had it fitted by your recommended flooring fitters this week and they did and amazing job, working so neatly around all the obstacles, including the free standing bath tub. Our floor was quite bumpy so we took the fitters' advice to have a plywood sub floor preparation fitted and so glad we did because now it looks brilliant. Used them to carpet our whole house and prices were competitive and range was wide and service very friendly. It's not like the big flashy retail stores on the shopping centres. Swift keeps costs down and operates out of a low key site which suits me. I'd rather have value for money from Swift than go to the big impressive retail stores.We did have a small problem with the fitting which they promptly put right at no extra cost. I'll use them again.

The staff at Swift Carpets are great. Their expertise is invaluable. Good honest advice as to which floor covering to choose, not trying to push the most expensive item onto the customer. Highly recommended.Just to update. Through no fault of their own my carpet fitting date was looking like it might have to be changed? as my moving date and removal men were due the following day I was panicking. John Swift pulled out all the stops, got in touch with a fitter who came out and worked late to fit my carpet. Thank you Swift Carpets and Neil the fitter. What a star?

Was sold the best carpet on the market a couple of years ago. Having to replace as totally warn out in a room that is hardly used. Sorry do not recommend.
