It?s not often you get brilliant customer service nowadays but our experience at the Superdrug store in Paignton was the exception. Beth, who served us today (15/03/2025), was a breath of fresh air. She was polite, courteous and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Won't be going back anytime soon. The security guy made me feel so uncomfortable whilst I spent ages in the shop trying to buy new make up. It got to the point where I could feel his eyes on me and I just wanted to get our of there!

My little girl had her ears pierced yesterday with Zoe, she was really professional and just brilliant with her. My little girl is 5 and has been asking to have her ears pierced for weeks, Zoe made this experience really relaxing and she explained every step to her.
