Kayleigh was extremely helpful on such a hot summers day.
Me and my partner were looking for some summer clothes to change into due to the weather being so hot and Kayleigh was so helpful with this!
Helped up with numerous things.
Helped us shop, took our payment and even helped out when we went to change into our clothes and some of the sizings were off, she was quick to help find an alternative.
Even during our shop she made time to make my little girl smile when she was getting distressed.
Made what could have a been stressful time enjoyable instead!

Customer service is always bad in these stores

OK but not much compared choice compared to other stores, also it looked grubby and when we managed to find the stairs to go out I didn't dare touch the hand rail going down. The stairs were absolutely filthy with rubbish, dust and hair etc. Looks like they have never been cleaned and at the bottom were the suitcases for sale. Based on the cleanliness down there I wouldn't buy one!

Absolutely terrible, spent a fortune in September and was given a £40 gift voucher. Just been in to spend it and was told you should have been given a gift card. No card given at time of purchase just a slip with my receipt. The staff said my gift card which I never had was used the week after my purchase to buy football boots. Someone somewhere is making a lot of money by this scam ????

Disgusting customer service in this shop, rude, flegmatic, lazy staff, this is shop is a disgrace! I came here to comment and I just see the rest of the comments are the same!

Wouldn?t allow me to swap a faulty item. Took it to a different store and they swapped it.
