Andrea is an absolute dream - so professional and caring. I went in to collect a second pair of glasses today and she noticed that the glasses I was wearing were not correctly fitted, which I hadn?t even realised ?.until she sorted them out.!

Called to let them know I would be 10mins late due to a home hospice call that had to be dealt with. Arrived 8mins after the appointment time, they allow 5mins for late arrival. So 3mins after their time I'm told I am too late and I can't be seen and i will have to re book. The audiologist i have seen is a pleasure to deal with but as for the rest I am staggered. I understand I was late, but i did call and explain. I probably should have not called or not turned up at all but that wouldn't be right. Good riddance to Specsavers and their customer care. If they had been running 8mins late would they have expected me to mind!!!!!.

Friendly, helpful and expert team in all parts of the store. Good choice of frames and lenses to suit all budgets. All on one level with easy access. Quiet and great air conditioning.

Staff are professional and equipment state of the art. The eye test is quick and thorough.
The sale side is a bit pushy. I know it's a business but it seems like they don't care if you can see or not just how much money they can extract from your wallet.

Received my glasses and couldn?t understand why my vision was more blurry with my new glasses than without. Turns out they had provided me with lenses for distance instead of reading! I now have to go back for them to replace the lenses and hang around town for an hour while this is done because someone ticked the wrong box. Somebody clearly didn?t go to Specsavers. The irony?.

Specsavers Paignton has such a great team.
The new front desk inside the store removes that awkward walk to book in, I was greeted by two smiling girls who took my details and guided me where to go.
The whole process was faultless with a very short waiting time, my eye test was done by a girl called Winnie who was very professional, knowledgeable and made my visit there fun.
