I would like to say a huge thank you to Lynsey, Ryan and another lady (did not catch name) who really did go above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation which our local banking hub and a 1.5 hour call to Santander were unable to sort.
Their patience, time and determination solved our problem and allowed us to leave completely satisfied. Thanks!

This branch has always been welcoming, the staff are easy to deal with and have been helpful to me. It can be slow at times but we all need a bit of patience. That's the way things are going with fewer stall and on line banking it's a precarious balance. Hope this branch doesn't close ?

Bit odd this branch l went to invest in an l.S.A. from my account there and they couldn't do it until May because of computer updates. So l popped over to Yorkshire building society, no probs.

I find the staff at this branch excellent. The only issue I find a problem at the moment is concerning the atm (cashpoint) machines outside. I know the bank can't do anything about the position of the machines, being less than 2 metres apart, but I think one of the machines should be put out of action. I was at the machine yesterday, Friday, stood next to me at the other atm was a man with his mask literally hanging off his face and coughing without even putting his hand to his mouth!!! I couldn't get away from there quick enough. Please Santander, do something about this.

Really friendly, and approachable staff in this branch, making my holiday experience a very happy one!
I could not fault the staff at all, especially the lovely lady who served me, and made a point of calling me by my name, and then after my transaction, wishing me a happy holiday without me even telling her that i am on holiday, great observation, and a lovely experience, i will be using this branch again!
