Store experience is good.
Car park is hideous, spaces are too narrow and accessibility terrible. No vehicle, no matter how small can turn around meaning drivers having to reverse into the same lane as those vehicles entering! Clearly designed for max amount of spaces yet no room to manouver! Suggest taking a tin opener with you!

I had a complaint about a product I bought from Newton Abbot but I couldn't get there because I don't live nearby so I came to Torquay Road Local and I spoke to Chris who was very polite but said he had to go for his break and he would call someone over. 10 minutes later Josh came over. I explained what Chris had just said to him over the headset. He then started to talk to Chris saying "This customer is difficult can you serve him?" How did Josh get his job as a manager? It's disgusting. I wonder why Newton Abbot got rid of him. Anyway Chris then came over and thankfully he was very helpful! Big up Chris! ?
