The customer service I received from Steve was outstanding! He was courteous, friendly, honest and down to earth, explaining every aspect of renting a property with the company. Steve also went above and beyond his role to ensure I understood the process fully.Steve made the whole process less stressful for me, and I have dealt with many estate agent companies in the past when selling my private homes and commercial property and I have never experienced such excellent service before.I would like to nominate Steve for an award as he is one in a million!!
