A lovely Post Office, clean and well managed. Never more than 2 or 3 in the queue, dealt with in kindly fashion. The proprietors have obviously taken all the e-courses as well and have no trouble managing a cash deposit or Amazon return.

Scammers!Do not use this post office the new Asian couple that have taken over this post office. Is short changing everyone!Also charging you for a small letter service you require, there putting it through as a small parcel!Trying to over charge first signed as special delivery.To top it off short changing you, disgusting behaviour from the pair of them.Literally ripping the older generation off left right and centre have short changed me 3x now. Now the locals must know

All the reviews 11 I think were going back from at least 2 years ago !Why no recent reviews ?I wasn?t. Impressed when from behind the counter my small parcel was hurled into the large post bag like it was a game of Netball.I spent a while carefully wrapping the fragile item and thought I?d use Royal Mail because they may take care just a little more .

I booked an appointment to renew my passport. Staff were really friendly, efficient and so helpful.The man at front showed me where to go. Ladies booking and actually filling in the details were brilliant. What a service, made so easy. Thank you.Judith

This used to be a great post office with great staff sadly the new owners can't cope and are not very helpful reduced opening hours opening late and awful service went in for a stamp but had to wait 10 minutes for the safe to be opened just awful

I used Preston post office to send a parcel. There seems to have been a change of ownership. I didn't find the lady behind the counter helpful. I think her customer skills need improvement.
