Leisure team are absolutely useless. A child got into difficulty and started drowning in the pool when I was there yesterday (5th june) and the life guard was sat in his little hut, where his view of the pool was restricted with his feet up on his phone. The child's mum had run and jumped in herself before the lifeguard was even out of his hut.What was worse was another lifeguard though it was funny that his mate had to jump in. These boys have got a responsible job to do so it's about time the grew up and started acting like adults and take their job seriously. Luckily the child was OK but could of been a lot worse.Utterly disgraceful behaviour from some of the leisure team

Great facilities, but there wasn't a lifeguard for the first 20minutes of our time there, the pool was really cold had to take the little one out. Liked the fact the external showers were heat adjusting. The staff weren't partially present and mostly on their phones which is a worry when there's little ones about.

Well with all this stop start using facilities I'm not surprised the pool was cold so that is my reason for knocking off 1 start. Nice heated floor which is very nice. Pool good depth 1.8 m so happy to swim under water.

Went up this evening after looking at opening times online to be informed the gym closes at six rather than the eight o?clock advertised. Quite disappointed as I arrived at five thirty due to misleading opening times

The pool is quite small, but the staff are always friendly, in the summer the outdoor pool is heated and great for evening dips.

Small indoor pool, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room adjacent to its small gym, situated in Beverley Park resort.Changing rooms need updating as they smell old, the staff are freindly and the steam room was out of order on my visit today, gets busy on rainy days
