Fiver for small problems. Give your customers a call please before you lock them out off their online account. When I donated to a local charity my title wasn?t correct can be easily fixed. Won?t help me on chat or over the phone to get back into my online account so means I am to travel. Joined NatWest at age of 12 have been with NatWest for 11 years. Way to scare people off from donating.

Worst opening times - extremely inconvenient if you work 9-5. Are people not meant to have a job whilst visiting this bank??

If you work nights and this Bank is the only one you have access too. Your out of luck. You will never be able to go in for anything as they close early and don't open on weekends.

We were greeted by a young lady called Claire. I wanted to pay cash into my bank account through the services machine. Having not done this before, claire came to my aid and talked me through the whole procedure, professionally and cheerfully. Thank you to claire who was a delightful young lady and we left the bank in a happy mood.

Perused details on Nat West web site(s,) advising Paignton closing hours of 4.30pm.Therefore, I specifically travelled from Brixham, with obvious confidence, reaching the bank at 3.40pm. External plaque at the bank shows closures of 3.30pm? Very poor indeed,,,,,,,,,,,and that is being 'very' kind!

I visited a week ago to request assistance in completing transactions beyond my online capabilities. From the friendly greeting at the door, I was passed to a charming lady who took me through the process painlessly and with great good humour. Her colleague who was needed to verify the transaction was equally cheerful and I left with entirely positive feelings about this branch because of the staff whom I encountered.

Would have left no stars if we could. Absolutely appalling customer service, poor communication, completely left in the dark about my son's account which we tried to open literally months ago in branch. Have come up against brick walls all the way and still no account! Have had to make numerous car trips to branch to deal with their sheer incompetence and we don't live close by. They have caused us a great deal of stress and inconvenience. If the account ever gets opened, they can stick it. We are going elsewhere. Shocking.

Awful bank rude staff no seats or consideration for disabled people made to stand for ages when paying in machines are available. Told by a very rude female member of staff not to pay in cash in branch.
