After years of singing morrisons praise I am very disappointed. Weeks ago I ordered a three bird roast for Xmas, arrived for collection to be told it was no longer available.
So I bought some monkfish fillets only to find out today that they were NOT filleted.
Happy Christmas indeed.

The general staff are good.. Often just one employee on the tills and one having to rush about on the self service checkouts sorting disgruntled customers that have been forced to wait.
Morrisons is a terrible company skin-suiting as an ethic one while making massive profits. They just bought a £30k automated floor cleaner (saves them providing an income to a human).
Rinsing the public while providing a sub-par shopping experience.
The new Lidl on Kings ash rd; planned opening April 2025 is going to be great and much more affordable!
(Also they love making some extra £££ from charity-muggers at the exit when you?re trying to leave.. as if that is an appropriate place).

Seems you can be disabled in a boot with little mobility and still denied use of the scooters they claim they provide ?
Disabled parking although provided rarely available because its full of inconsiderate people without blue badges using them so they can be closer to the store

I don't understand how you can't keep an eye on the goods so much that there is mold, sometimes in ciabatta, sometimes in cheese, I completely lose the desire to buy anything in this store! This is not the first time I've noticed spoiled goods on display... shame.

Regular user of the Paignton store when working in Devon.
Friday afternoon 2pm 4th October headed in for some shopping and bite to eat in Morrisons cafe.
What a shock store freezing cold again regular occurrence last few times.
Cafe tables all covered in dirty plates and cups from lunchtime rush.
No organisation messy floors counters
. No clean cutlery cups dirty coffee machines.
What?s happened Morrisons. ?
Where is the store manager to sort this out.
You had a good store and cafe at one time now it?s just a cold mess.
Sorry you will lose customers unless you start cleaning up the store cafe and putting the heating back on overall.
Forgot to say one old guy in the cafe clearing some of the tables away after 20 minutes sat there with my coffee.
Didn?t order any food as couldn?t trust it after what I walked into.
My only regret was not taking pictures for this review.

Prices are a bit high of late. Great with offers with the more card. Sadly the points system is not working . Hence why I'm shopping else where more.

No change wit the restaurant. Tables covered with used plates. Dirty tables.One poor woman doing it all on her own by the look of it. Shocking.
