very poor customer service, ordered a burger with no salad or sauce and then received a very bad server who blankly ignored my complaint and still proceed to be rude and ignore my want to change the order. Then pulled through to the next window explaining my situation and the employee said he had changed but then when i received my burger it had sauce!! Drink ordered was Fanta and recived a coke. Wasn?t even a normal coke was DIET. What are they tryna say!!

ordered on the app 20 minutes prior to getting there then sat in the drive through for 10 minutes when at the window they gave me my drinks and told me to wait in the car park. i told them there is no parking in the car park and they deliberately told me that there was so i trusted them and went to the car park. there was no parking so i had to park on the curb on a blind corner putting myself and kids in the back at risk then waited an extra 20 minutes for my food. when i got my food it was all cold and horrible to eat. absolutely horrid experience.

Always cold. Always missing items. Always poor service,if ordering delivery you have a 90% chance of being cancelled after a courier is ready to collect or order is out for delivery, yet order received and confirmed???
I get occasionally it can busy unforseen. I've given this place a fair few goes and for a mcds it is always well below par cold soggy and often from here unedible. It's supposed to be quick and easy?
If I could give zero I would have. This store is repeatedly extremely disappointing. Would not recommend

Ordered food through McDonald?s app and only half the food turned up which was all stone cold, phoned Paignton McDonald?s who said contact Uber. Uber have no record because it wasn?t ordered through their app. The branch said come in and we will give you the missing items. They was also cold. So £35 for a stone cold meal £5 of which was service charge and delivery for a meal I collected. No customer services to contact just a virtual assistant SHOCKING

If using the drive thru check your order before leaving..ordered breakfast wrap no egg..label said no egg..it contained two massive eggs. Really disappointing as we had driven off as it.was my passenger eating. Imagine if it was an allergy not just.a preference! The very eggy smell was really off putting..

Obviously always very busy on a Friday night, but it serves it's purpose for a quick Friday night treat! There's usually two ladies who are around helping keep it clean and are really friendly and helpful, they're both good with the kids as well ?

The order I placed on the App, I know fast food restaurants are very busy, but they can't give me less breakfast items for two consecutive days, right? It really makes me unhappy.

Ordered through the app. EVERYTHING was cold. Both Big Macs looked like this. Shameful. Won't be ordering again. The standards are terrible. Impossible to make a complaint through uber eats. AVOID.
