Abysmal. Avoid. The epitome of incompetence and dire customer service. Ordered a pair of walking shoes, paid for postage, they sent the wrong product and I had to pay return postage. On top of that they wouldn't even refund the original postage. So I ended up £10 out of pocket because of their administrative error. Only means of communicating with them is completing a form on their website, if you get a response email and reply to the email they will not respond again. Would be 0 stars if possible.

Con artists who do their absolute best to avoid processing a refund. Archaic system designed to to either prevent you from returning an item, or ripping you off in the process.
Look elsewhere for rugby gear.

Ordered a table tennis table on 3rd December. It was in stock so I assumed it would be delivered by Christmas. Nope, 27th December now and still no idea when it will be delivered. It has been booked in for delivery twice with their equally useless delivery company - Arrows XL - but reasons unknown they failed to deliver it. I am now really concerned that they have taken my money and I may never receive my delivery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unfortunately advertise special offers and then say they can't fulfil the order. Advertised a pair of Copa Mundial for £45 and then emailed and said 'missing stock', we will refund you're payment. I said I was happy to wait until the new stock came in, but they weren't willing to do that either.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT REFUND RETURNS. They refused to refund unworn items with their labels still attached, they have not given me a reason and are refusing to answer my questions over email. They are not contactable by phone so there is no way to resolve the issue. Definitely avoid.

My go-to site for all my rugby stuff for years. Fast delivery, good quality and top prices.
Please don't believe these negative ("stupid") reviews. You order from England, which means you automatically pay more shipping costs. Returns therefore cost a lot more than in the Netherlands. In addition, there may be a levy due to Brexit (not yet experienced at Lovell, but at other sites). Shipping from England varies, sometimes 2 weeks is no exception.

I wanted to order a product at a good price from this online retailer but the size was not displayed. I attempted contact via email several times over 3 days and gave up. There is no phone number, all numbers linked on separate websites do not work.
Reading the remainder of negative reviews left me glad to steer clear of this one. 1 star due to horrendous contact issues and not even being able to purchase something.

they were for my sons birthday
I'll never use this company again and I'll be telling other people not to aswell!!!!
I'd leave 0 stars if I could, then i have to wait 5 days for my money back, they was very quick taking it , wish I'd read the reviews before I supposedly brought anything from here.

Please DO believe all these bad reviews. This company really is this bad. I placed an order and after hearing nothing and not receiving my items on the "delivery expected before" date I contacted them for an update. Two days later I received a reply that they had had a System error that their IT dept was working on and that they had issued a refund. Yeah thanks?. Surely a better solution could have been found as I actually still wanted the item even if it was to be a touch later than expected.I then searched online and found the same item at the same price at Evans cycles and proceeded to place an order.....After placing the order I have since found that Lovell sports/Evans cycles/sports direct and several other companies are all part of the Fraser group.I have just reached the "expected latest delivery" date from Evans and haven't received my order. I have just requested an update on my order but expect to be fobbed off with an excuse the same as my Lovell order. Both companies are very good at sending marketing emails and messages offering sale items and reminding you what items you have looked at and may wish to purchase but are very poor at keeping you informed and actually forfilling orders. If you actually want to receive items that you order I would advise shopping elsewhere.
