“I ordered 8 drawer systems from Fiteo in May 2023 which were easy to order and came promptly. Unfortunately, just after Christmas one of the drawers developed a fault. I wrote to Fiteo on New Year’s Eve (not expecting a reply until sometime in January). I was wrong I received an email New Years Day apologising for the issue. After sending over a photo of the issue I received an email straightaway stating they were dispatching a new part and the manufacturer was contacted telling them the fault. I received the replacement part today (3January). Thank you Fiteo and Tomasz for all your help and great communication and professionalism. In my experience this type of service is few and far between!”
