Just about the rudest person I?ve ever been served by. Not just to me but to an other customer who left without being served because of the servers attitude. If she?s employed and doesn?t own it then the owners really do need to take action.

Local grocery store, good hours, a reasonable range of basic foods and supplies. This is not a super fancy store but very convenient as it?s just around the corner from where I live.

Two colleagues in shop but waited about 4 mins to be served. Lady in there just walked past me and went out back. Prices ridiculous and shop tatty. Won?t go back again!!

Booked for 3 nights but agreed a 4th in advance. Initially communication was good, were even upgraded to larger apt 9 on arrival. Accommodation is basic but comfortable, could do with a deep clean. Very strong smell of urine from bathroom. However on our 2nd day a disgusting smell of sewage/decay/something dead started in the kitchen- we reported this and to be fair Martin attempted to sort- ran a cleaner through the washing machine and later took away the extractor hood to clean- none of this helped when I told Martin this he, without any apology whatsoever asked us to leave. Dreadful customer service, spectacularly rude. Would not recommend. See photos of messages.

Horrible little place with rude owners. I think from previous reviews the old owners must have left. The ones we encounted are nothing like the ones previous guests describe. We visit Paignton two or three times a year and know from experience that there are dozens of better places in town

Compact apartments that have everything you need. Great location. Can get to most places on foot. Hosts show you to your apartment then leave you to enjoy your holiday. Good value for money accommodation.

I?ve found this shop to be very handy over the years, especially in the evening when out walking - handy to pop in to grab a drink.I?m not living in Paignton now but I?d like to think they now accept card payment as it was a ballache having to remember cash all the time, especially when I like many others simply don?t carry cash these days.

Conveniently overlooking and adjacent to Paignton Harbour, this store is more expensive than you would usually pay for your average shop, but is in the right place at the right time and saves a long walk to Paignton town should it not be here trading. Groceries, off licence, lottery, greeting cards, paypoint, cash machine and snacks all available here with good opening hours. Recommended to use, especially when you are limited for time to buy your essentials.

Lovely studio flat in great location. Martin and Damien could not have been better hosts. Excellent attention to detail to refurbish an old bed and breakfast. Well equipped...if needed anything ..Martin was on hand..

I'm giving them a 5. Simply because they are there for us. Yes, it's expensive, but it's a convenience store. They save me having to go to the supermarket for something that I forgot, and I'm happy to pay for that. The staff are very pleasant, and always helpful too. Those that have complained about this little shop, should go to the supermarket, because they obviously don't get what a convenience store is all about.!Thank you Harbour Stores...?

Just popped in the shop in my running gear but I was wearing a mask of course. The woman didn?t look at me but played with a stray hair on her arm before finally looking up at me. I asked if they sell stamps but before I could say anymore she said yes but we don?t take cards (as she saw the card in my hand) Honestly, the look I was given you?d think I was asking for crystal meth. I need two packs of 12 which would be about £20 but they don?t take cards for that. When I asked why she looked aghast and mumbled something about not making money on them. No apology or smile or anything. I?m sure she thought I was a young thug as I had my running gear and trainers on. I?m 46 and live round the corner. Don?t they need local business, now of all times? Not going back to spend my money in there. Such attitude, You obviously don?t need much custom! Disgraceful.

Place kept me alive metaphorically during lock down. Strict and correct virus protocols but still with a smile. It's a convenience store so prices will reflect that. Clue is in the name. Do you think they have Lidl's purchasing power? Think some people are confusing customer service with the chip shop further down the road!

Shamefull shop.Covid-19 card payments please, but minimal spend of £5So a pint of milk of a quick essential forces you to spend more money. Its nothing to do with the cost of a transaction now days unlike years ago as banks charge a % now not a set fee.
