Loss of phone and needed replacement urgently.

First impression on meeting the femail member of staff (approx 15:15 - 13-2-25).. Unfriendly and decidedly off putting! .... The Issue : An elderly relative requires a piece of equipment. A digital Voice adaptor.. To cope with the upcoming change from a copper network to full fiber. But as soon as I informed her I wasn't the customer she quickly used this fact as an excuse to end the conversation. She struck me as lazy and the last person who should be working in a customer facing role... It's not as if I wanted anything in the way of personal information..Just help.. My advise to my relative a BT customer since 1973 will be to sign up with another company.. Most likely Virgin.

Despite recent mixed reviews I cannot rate highly enough the service my wife and I received from the EE Paignton store, a lady named Jaz in particular but also a guy called Tyler. Nothing was too much of a problem and so knowledgeable, polite and friendly - definitely return in the future ?

ee shop in Paignton absolutely deplorable and staff extremely rude.Had nuisance phone calls as soon as I changed SIM card in actual store!!. I have put various online complaints against the terrible store. I have contacted police about the situation. I will keep contacting the police. I have told various media outlets. I actually wonder if a scammer is working from that store???. I know it?s good to put a review up such as it is to protect the public

Had arranged a call back last week for this morning about a new phone and contract. It never happened, called the Paignton shop four times today with no answer. Poor show for a communications business. Guess I'll be staying with the pants Vodafone service then.

Lied to me regarding mum number being transferred within 36hrs. TOOK 8/9 days!
Lied about contract being £37 a month
Lied about saying signal strength it very good where I live however can?t hold a conversation with customers or get any internet coverage on their best sim deal possible for buisness use.
Cut me off for no reason
Overcharged on what we agreed
The ultra shocking service I have been given is SO bad they have had to give me a full refund plus additional money back to me. Says it all.
Never offered to fix anything or apologise.
Just terrible start to finish.

Ironicly for a phone shop they never seem to answer their phone. Multiple attempts to talk to them just lead to long ringing times then being cut off. Along with the usually young male 'doormen' that you have to 'get past' to even go into the shop and look at phones Customer or potential customer contact and service doesn't even deserve one star.

I had a problem with my phone while in Paighton so I ask in the EEand sorted out my problem shop if they could help me with my mobile .their response was not helpful . I've been with EE many years and this is the first time I've come across this . Went to the Torquay branch very helpful and sorted my mobile

The EE store are fantastic in Paignton. The team are always really helpful & they always know what they?re talking about & knowledge is great. Sian & the guys there are great and I would 100% recommend. I?ve been an EE customer for years & won?t go anywhere else!
