Second time they have messed up my order. They gave me a pizza without any cheese!! Just tomatoe puree are they thick!

Noticed the pizza's has gone down hill a fair bit recently, very dry and hardly any toppings, yes there are loads of deals online for dominos but in my honest opinion, you'd be better off popping into one of the supermarkets near by and getting one made there.
Won't be returning anytime soon...

This is the only Domino's in the area. Why, oh why oh why, does it not deliver to Brixham. I know it is a dead end town, I know the road works make a 15 minute trip and hour, I'm sure most people don't want to live there themselves (glad I got out), but think of how much service you'll get if you could be the one and only pizza place that delivers there (because you would be). The food is great. Contains just the right amount of that addictive substance that you eat it once and suddenly you need it every single day. If you delivered to what is only just the next town over (a 15 minute drive at 4am), you would get so much more profit. I have never had a problem with any of the staff, the food, or the amount it costs. It just needs to expand it's delivery options.
The atmosphere is 1 star, there is no eating in so I don't know why that's even a subject area.
Parking: I don't know if it's free or not, you just park outside and run in. There's always a space there for that.
Kid-friendliness: Again, it's not an eat-in sort of place. Good for an extra set of hands I suppose.
Wheelchair accessibility: You couldn't get through that single door.

Love the double decadence base but only when they put enough sauce between the layers, second time it's been dry....I want it oozing out all over the place so that I need to wash my hands when I finish eating it.

Dirtiest dominos pizza I have been to very untidy BUT
The pizza was probs one of the best ones from a dominos i have had due to the amount of cheese and toppings

I had problems with Lets Eat cancelling my order so I phone Dominos Paignton directly and they took my order and delivered it within 30 minutes. The pizzas were great and hot - usual high standard.
The next time they couldn't deliver so I popped to collect it but had somehow booked collection from Torquay online. Paignton did my order in 15 mins and all good. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, despite the fact I was being?.
Parking: You can park outside the shop on a one way road.

Been using this Dominos for years and rarely had issues. However, past few times recently have been extremely poor. From sloppy pizza, incorrect doughballs and only been given 2 cookies instead of 4. Very disappointed, new staff need better training!

Staff front desk excellent. Ran through all offers.BUT ??.Ordered pizzas. Walking out overheard someone at the back of the food prep area shout ?cut down on the toppings, we are getting low!?With hindsight , should have cancelled there and then. Pizza base was so thin it was like a Burrito base. Toppings were disgraceful. Negligible amount. Tasted only of tomato. Absolute waste of money. Prep guys not using gloves. Should be a golden rule that bare hands DO NOT TOUCH FOOD. Emailed customer service following day after some thought who were absolutely useless.Told to return pizza to shop and speak to manager.1. Out of area by then. 2. Pizza in bin.Very dissatisfied (ex) customer. Won?t be returning

Absolutely terrible order pizza online to collect went to collect I didn't check the pizza in the box as has my name on the box with what pizza should be inside it anyway isn't my pizza called them they want to drive back to them to swap it over with no compensation as I live 6 miles away from them

It's a dominos chain but the customer service was quick efficient and friendly. Food was hot and not soggy as some people have had, often order from here and if ever there is an issue they are quick to resolve it.
