The staff are all very friendly and helpful. If you call up after your prescription has been sent through to them, they will get it ready for you as quickly as possible. They offer an sms service (to alert you when you can come and collect your prescription) or you have the option of having it placed in an outdoor dispenser... read full comment

Always long waits and medicines never ready. Staff are polite but it seems they're overworked or not efficient. Also, the phone is never answered.
