I come here every Thursday morning for work. The team are always welcoming and accommodating. Always diligent about allergies and any additional adjustments. Great atmosphere and an all round very pleasant experience 100% of the time. Written as I sit on the sofa that recently moved.
The team from Ffont of house to back of house need to be celebrated and thanked.

Me and my family spent Halloween at Costero lounge. Not only did we have great food we also met Owen their resident magician. He was so kind and welcoming I've never seen magic close up before it was spectacular. I highly recommend visiting Costero lounge.

Was really disappointed. Looks lovely and staff were very friendly but the food was awful. Pretty much everything completely overcooked and dry. Usually love the food from this chain of restaurants but the food from this one in particular was absolutely awful. Drinks were lovely. Really sad as was so excited!

Popped in today for lunch and drinks. Was great to see the team taking part in some dress up for Halloween, especially with it being half term!

Quite an appalling evening. Visited on a Monday night and placed my order at the bar; one 1 or 2 cocktails available, 1 in 5 dessert available. I ordered a dessert with my main course, 30 minutes later I'm told there is no brownie left while I'm watching the tables either side of me eat a brownie they ordered 5 minutes ago. Offered a sticky toffee instead which had a hard banacle shaped object in it so I definitely didn't eat the rest.
The woman behind the bar couldn't remember which coke drink had which alcohol so she took a sip out of the glass before another waitress brought the tray over.
Been here a few times and it's steadily gone downhill- always things out of stock on quiet nights.
Kitchen staff were brilliant but your front of house team are seriously lacking in genuine care.
May return one more time to give you another chance but getting used to being disappointed every visit.

Had a lovely family meal, my wife is coeliac and there menu is suberb for her requirement's, all the staff and food are lovely look forward to our next visit.

Always amazing atmosphere day or night. Staff if always helpful and friendly,greets you with smiles. Everytime we had food it was spot on.

A lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. Brilliant music playing in background whilst you can have a chat with friends. Lovely cold drinks served with delicious flavour.. food comes out quickly and is always tasty. A reliable place to go that is consistently good to be at. Service always friendly and a positive experience for everyone to enjoy!

Love this place. Food is always lovley, fresh and presented well. A huge choice, so there is something for everyone. Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. And it's clean (including the toilets)

100% recommend! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially jeramiah and Bradley. The food was gorgeous, I had the tapas and my fiancé had the steak which he thoroughly enjoyed! Also recommend the prosecco and passion fruit martini! Really nice decor and atmosphere, busy but still intimate with candles on the tables. Will definitely be back. Tasha and dave x
